This refreshing ponzu sauce is made with sudachi juice from Tokushima Prefecture and finished with the umami of Awao chicken and a dashi stock (bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, dried sardines), and does not contain brewed vinegar.
It can be used throughout the year for hot pot dishes, yakiniku, chilled tofu, etc.
