Sukiyaki is a Soy sauce combined with sugar and Mirin. It is similar to the Indonesian soy sauce but more fluid and less sweet. Sukiyaki is very good to use as a dip or to extinguish the meat instead of wine or beer. Do not let it boil too long, then it goes fry.
