Udon noodles are usually somewhat thicker noodles, but these udon noodles are once again extra thick! Traditionally made from only wheat flour.
Instructions:
Boil the Udon noodles for 7 minutes in plenty of boiling water. Salt is not necessary, salt is already incorporated in the Udon noodles. When it is cooked, rinse and rinse with cold or warm water. A bag of 250 grams of Udon noodles is enough for two people.
Presentation tip: Serve it in a light bouillon soup with some spring onions
