Made from straight thinner noodles made from specially selected flour. This is a delicious savory ramen with hints of grilled garlic and roasted black sesame. Boil 500 ml of water in a pot, add the window noodles and cook for about 2.5 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the soup. Mix well. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with your favorite toppings such as pork, spring onions, bean sprouts, etc.
