Daisho - Tori Nanban Hot Pot Soup Base 750g

The ultimate comfort food, tori nanban, is a Japanese soup with hot noodle soup. Simply add your own sliced chicken and udon noodles to the handy broth of Daisho to achieve a classic slow-cooked flavor in almost no time.

Mixed dashi soup from bonito & kelp is simple, but with a perfect balance of taste, especially for enjoying chicken and leeks.

To finish the hot pot, add boiled soba noodles and extra leeks to have "Nanban soba". Add nanami-red pepper or yuzu pepper for a hit in the soup.
